Hikaru is still pretty immature, throws tantrums, and chooses his brother over Haruhi (didn't you see the Halloween ep?). Tamaki actually changed his narcissistic and spoiled ways because of Haruhi. He is rather possessive (though this is a running gag), but would choose what's best for Haruhi in a second because he really does love her. :] Tamaki is just like her DAD, too (girls are often attracted to their father's personality)...so HaruxTama is inevitable. <33
