come on...first of all you can't compare a recognized and fabulous artist like kelly clarkson with a group like rbd...i love rbd, i've to say i met them in mexico..but kelly is wasy better..and i saw in an interview of rbd, they told they bought the rights of the song, so they could sing it in spanih..

kelly's album was released in 2004, rbd was released in 2005. RBD COPIED kelly, not the other way around.
