And Cowboy Bebop was a Bandai Entertainment project, not FUNimation. Cowboy Bebop's dub is an exception to the rule that no dub in another language will ever be comparable to the original, but FUNimation is -not- responsible for it.

@tjb98003 Soul Eater's dub is a travesty -- clearly you've never seen it in its original language. I never saw Full Metal Alchemist all the way through for lack of interest regardless but what I did see of it in English, I didn't like (Travis Willingham being a fairly rare exception; I didn't have much of a problem with him except that I didn't find him as suited for Roy Mustang as Toru Okawa).

Actually, even thought this is the official title, I'd rather call it "Shining Girls". Reason? "Cagayake" is a misspelling, the real spelling being "Kagayaki", which can translate to "shining", "shimmering", "sparkling". So, "Shining Girls" for me.
