  • In this Kata there are ritual and attack movements. The targets are on ground and on horses. Some attack is directed to horse.

  • where does this come from? Chinkon kishin is a shinto meditation. It has nothing to do with yari, aikidoka do practice chinkon kishin in there warm ups.
