This has been around for a while now. Infinity Ward is working on the fix for it. It occours when you are controlling either a Predator or Reaper and such. If you get damaged or damage yourself, you remain red screened but cannot die. Just a bug, but a bad one. I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. I did the right thing and let my team know what was going on and left the lobby. If this happens to you, be the bigger man and back out of the game, no one like a cheater.

It's a glitch in the game that happens when an enemy hurts you while your in a pred missile, chopper, etc and you kill them before they kill you. The game thinks your dead so you can't die. Infinity Ward has been working on it.
