The evo is just a cheap car. Cheap looking, cheap feeling. It's a Mitsubishi for Christs sake, that doesn't exactly scream quality. It's fast, but that's not enough to make up for the rest of the car. Hell, even the new Kia's have higher build quality than the older evo's.

Evo is a better designed awd system period. But i prefer that i do the work, not the car. Subaru is a drivers car, at least it was without the drivers aids. Now im not so sure. Subaurs have that exhaust note that just sounds beautiful. EVOs will win 8 out of 10 times but id still take the subaru home.

They will last a long time if they don't have more than 350hp in it, just like the STI's. Everyone that likes STI's always says Evo interior is ugly, thats a really lame excuse imo. Prob the most over-used excuse I've heard. But i'm glad there are more people interested in an STI over an Evo. Less of us on the road, I like that.

I've seen the Evo win plenty of times because the muscle car took a second too long to catch up. If the muscle car is heavily modified then yeah, it'll win. But that's true for the Evo as well.
