I use to have the record.. it was kind of fashionable back then to let your songs fade out.

But I think the original composition was longer too because this song only lasts 2 minutes.

Maybe he was scared that it would sound to monotone and boring after a while so he shortened it?

I first bumped in Moroder when my favourite radio station was Flashback 95.6 in GTA 3. Great tracks. He and Jan Hammer are my favourite composers!
