  • 1:20 The Spin dash made him more aerodynamic, and then he made like a bird.

  • Pah,esto lo descubri yo solo,el caso es que si te quedas puesto justo donde va a salir el pilar,no sale hasta que te muevas un poco, pero bueno xD

  • In 2-player, get Tails to hit Robotnik from below and alternate hits between Sonic and Tails. Time it right, and Robotnik is toast in record time. :)

  • Its more of a design flaw than a glitch.

  • i think you're about 18 years too late with this tip :)

  • this is not a glitch t is the physics of the game theres a neat way to beat every boss

  • it looks like theres a giant sonic in the background

  • omfg, dude i never in my life beat any 2d game, EVER, nowadays games are too easy.

  • I never realized that robotnik's hammer couldn't hurt you.

  • i remember doing this trick whin iam kid

    great memories :)

  • Yeah, spin-dashing is better, because he blinks for too long to just jump on him like the Chemical Plant Zone boss >:(

  • Ha. I did this the first time when I only got the cartrige of sonic 2. I was very upset, because it has turned out to be a very easy game (if you compare it with other sonic games on sega genesis).

  • OH! Yes I remember I´d discover this trick before. :)

  • oh my god, i got a soinc all in 1cd in PS2 i done that before all of them i didn;t played it since 1996

  • funny how tails can open the capsule for you

  • Great glitch nineko!

  • Heh, I like jumping off the top and bouncing back, personally, but this works just as well. Cool stuff!

  • Yes, Tails in mid-air after you defeat him for the second time is well we're not going to go there.

  • Wow! I've been playing sonic 17 years and I've NEVER known you could do that! Kudos!!! :3

  • I'm aware of the strategy, though I never thought the "stay in air" glitch would cooperate alongside it :D Neat discovery, Tom!

  • That is a very cool glitch and I like the tips. I know of another boss beating glitch but I only read this on a fan site so I'm not sure if it's true or not but you can try this if you'd like. In Casino Night Zone right after you just beat the boss, cling onto the right wall before it dissapears then after it dissapears while your clinged on to it, you will be clinged onto mid air.

  • Thank you for this suggestion, I didn't know about that.

I already recorded a new video, and of course you're credited.

  • Your welcome!

  • =] Great vid. Glad to see a new one.

  • Wow, never even thought of the glitches, but i've known this way of beating him forever.

  • I always believe I'm going to mess up on this one. I'll give it a shot anyway! Thanks :D!

  • I honestly never knew about that... Never occured to me...

  • The pillar technique I knew about, but the glitch was interesting. Nice vid!

  • Same here these glitches are always fun to do! Kudos!

  • Wow, that saves a helluva lot of time.
