I wouldn't qualify that as a missed approach, as you were on perfect approach and you were only 300 feet up when told to go around. A missed approach in my definition would be declared by you when there is no way you will be able to land, and I find if I have a missed approach, I did bad. But great video! Don't beat yourself up :)

can you tell me when to put each correct flap setting during approach

the setting of the flap depends on the type of plane and especially by the final approach speed .... more go slower than the flaps should be extended

I use a program called" MyTraffic".. is an add on to FS, that generates real traffic with the real airlines...very cool!
