If the trees were moving downward, then how is the goat getting higher from the ground? surely he's still be the same height from the ground? That doesnt make any sense. Plus you can clearly see the goat is moving up the trees - so someone found a goat who likes so brace himself against 2 trees, then decided to make an artificial set of trees that could move up and down?
