well from the tags the competiters(spelled wrong i think) got spanked (not literaly) and it is japanese. the Must, See, and , funny tags are debatable.
yes this is a clip from a japanese food eating competitionon. there are eating a drinking rounds. you get disqualifed if you missed something or dropped something. But you can try again if you wish from the begining of the round. i think they can try it several times if they wish to do so. i think i have this on a VHS somewhere in my house
