well since they dont use the same set of characters, or "alphabet", they dont really have consonants. all consonants, with the exception of double consonants, are followed by a vowel, like ka, ki, ke, ku, ko for example

I think they're playing with the playback speeds of the individual members as well. To my eye, the band member that's 1/2 aspect would seem to be at 2x speed and the band member that's at 2x aspect would seem to be at 1/2 speed.
