um, California does not say "hell no," California says, "um, I don't know, but I guess not." The vote was very close, and a huge portion of the voters cast their votes based on exaggerated, sometimes completely false information. In hindsight, it seems pretty apparent that if the Mormon/Christian CORPORATIONS had not wasted so much money spreading lies and half-truths, the vote would have gone the other way.
