  • Difficulty: Asian level 3

  • omg that's the last senzu bean!!!

  • Man when i see these bows, i'm not impressed. Modern archery does everything it can to prevent you from really having even more impressive skill. I want to see these guys do these kinds of shots with a naked recurve.

  • @Antimidation absolutely fricken right im sick of these bows

and did you notice that the arrow splitting another is fake

the first arrow he shot had white vanes and a nock, when it went to the picture of it splitting it the vanes were black and didnt have a nock

  • @carlschwenke a bit confused about the fake part....the arrow that did go into the hollowed arrow had white vanes no?

  • @zorz31 well im not to sure how the 2nd arrow found its way into the fake one, the fake part i know of is that he shot both arrows one after another and the one already in the target was fake. if that makes sense :/

  • @carlschwenke i'm pretttttttttttttty sure he didn't shoot the first hollow arrow. it was there as the "target" i believe. i do understand that there are ridiculous amounts of replay going on so maybe that's where you got confused?

  • @zorz31 okay i see what you mean now :D

  • chuck norris does that with 2 arrows in the same time

  • thats fucking sick.

  • not to take anything away from this, thats a great shot, but i wonder how many shots he took?

  • this is where i took many arrows to the knee and couldnt do my regular day to day activitys :(

  • Well, to Asians it's easy since they don't have to squint for better focus XD

  • i like how the first guy failed cuz he split the string instead of hitting the bean.

  • They had to go to Korea for this, because they knew that if he missed, everyone he knew would be executed.

  • @SQUIZZLER24 There's two Koreas, y'know.

  • @xCooki777 No I didn't, thanks for letting me know.

  • wow.. directly inside another one.

  • what the?! not only did he split the rope but he's wearing sunglasses in the process? you gotta admire his skill!

  • Koreans always had the best archers in the world, because of the constant invasions from China and the Mongols, they needed develop skills in these areas to fight out the invasion.. It's quite clear why they're the best in archery.. They have 1000 years of archery skills passed on to generations!

  • chuck norris does this with his hands tied behind his back

  • @XxBlakVirusxX Bruce Lee does this without using his hands. He uses it with his MIND!

  • @superdude385 I'm glad someone knows who the most badass person in the world is and not uses a Chuck Norris joke.

  • so if we where in the dark / middival ages they would kick our butts

  • Comment removed

  • How the hell do you even see a soybean at 30m?

  • h tried to hit the seed or bean but instead the arrow cut the string

and the end took the bean off

  • cmon hes using a sight i use bare bow bitch

  • @BOB100438 yes, but his eyes are always closed. bitch.

  • @BOB100438 really? Hows that working out for ya?

  • @BOB100438 So what you're saying is that if you shot with sights then you would be able to make the same shots as this guy?

  • OK .....so did any one watch LORD of THE RINGS !!!

  • Seems you can achieve alot with a high tech bow.Weights, sights etc.

I'd be more impressed if they used something like an English longbow.

  • @banoffee2001 yeah your right this isnt impressive at all

  • @RacerX1111 I didnt say it wasnt impressive. I said I'd be MORE impressed etc

  • @banoffee2001 why would i want to use an outdated bow to reach outdated goals? this is something new, the skill and experience differing from either traditional bows or guns.

  • @nactan Outdated goals??? That doesnt make much sense. What other goal is there other than hitting a target? How can that be outdated? All I'm saying is modern gadgetry makes it easier. Balances, pullies etc.An outdated bow as you describe, takes greater skill in my opinion and if this guy could do the same unaided..that would be something. The way the guy is jumping around..he's as surprised as the rest of us. Could he pull 120 - 140lb on a longbow and still be accurate? To my mind, thats skillful.

  • @nactan I am probably 50 x's more likely to hit a target with a modern bow than using a longbow. I'd feel a greater sense of achievement hitting the target with a longbow.

  • @banoffee2001 so try more difficult goals!

  • @banoffee2001 the more randomness you introduce into the system, the more likely you are to miss through no fault of your own. the more difficult the goal, the more amazing when it connects!

  • @nactan Well you are just backing up my point. " the more difficult the goal, the more amazing when it connects" Hence...more impressive with a traditional longbow.

  • @banoffee2001 shift a little to see your blindspot

  • @banoffee2001 a longbow is a more random system than a modern one. you can express your skill better as well as aiming for more difficult goals with the latter.

  • @nactan Hey guys! I'm going to add all this shit to my bow! Auto-aimers, auto-balancers, auto-arrows, auto-drawing, hell I'll even put it on a tripod so that I don't actually have to hold the damned thing. So then when I shoot a fly at 100 meters away blindfolded, taking a piss, while listening to the Beatles, I can brag to my traditional longbow friends about how I'm so much of a better archer than they are.

  • @MrHinderance yay, you've seen the light!

no wait, you forgot "replace my dick with it".

  • @MrHinderance you're being like the middle eastern king who declared backgammon superior to chess because in backgammon, God decides the winner! you can simply express more skill with a modern bow which, in an old bow, would necessarily be left to chance owing to the randomness *inherent in the system* rather than any fault with the archer. i thought you wanted to understand this. sorry, my mistake.

  • @nactan You cannot, CANNOT, "express more skill" by having machinery do some of the work. EVERYTHING should lie with the archer. Randomness? You're mistaking that for "control." It takes skill to hold a bow steady. It takes skill to pull it back correctly. It takes skill to accurately gauge the trajectory of your arrow without needing a sight to calculate it for you.

The only "random" factor present would be wind and even then, learning to factor it into your shot is also a skill.

  • @nactan Using a bullshit excuse like "Oh, it wasn't my fault. I was all these other factors that I didn't think about before shooting. I'm totally an awesome archer, it was just you know, the wind blowing and my arm was getting tired and there was sweat in my eye and I was hungry and had to pee that made me miss." is the biggest pussy move you can pull in competition.

  • @MrHinderance Completely pointless discussion. For most archers, the essence of archery boils down to challenging yourself, setting your own goals and working towards perfection. Which tools you use for that is secondary and a matter of personal taste. As for "gimmikry" - well, the process of tuning your equipment may for some be just a part of the greater process of working towards perfection. Although I personally prefer traditional archery, I can relate to the other camp as well.

  • @cod3r1337 I can accept that. However, the topic at had is about the skill and degree of difficulty involved. You're free to use whatever you want in your own personal betterment, but you just can't argue that making this shot without the aid of tools is much more arduous task.

If archery is all about challenging yourself, then one would do well to let go of all the extra crutches and just let it be about you, your bow, and your arrow.

  • @cod3r1337 Totally. It's just fun to pop bubble wraps and other airy vacuities.

  • @MrHinderance OF COURSE it's the bow's fault and not the archer's. Otherwise, the same can be said of everything. Using a sword with bad balance? Well, keep compensating for it! Broke cuz you were gambling with dice? Learn to throw them better! You cannot learn to compensate for all the randomness inherent in primitive, badly designed systems. It cannot be done. If what I said is bullshit, Bullshit is the essence of Life and Truth itself. All hail Holy Bullshit! _O_ SHUN THE UNBELIEVER SHUNNNNNN

  • That fat dude sure knows how to slide a tiny pointy object into a small hole.

  • @condoman666 u must be american

  • there's only ONE other man in the world who can do what he did at the end...and that's the old spice man

  • These are trickshots, if they were really that good then they'd be in the olympics first of all. These are just pushover amateurs.

  • @bud389 well some Archers don't want to be popularized in tv or media. So they keep their skills to themselves. For example, My Great Uncle has his swordsmanship skills that was pass down from 700 years ago. He can cut pea with one slash. So plz...do not criticize. Just tend to love skills from around the world.

  • lol i love how its americans that complain about asian being better than them

  • @Kirkster17 Train 10 years on whatever they do and maybe you won't feel like shit anymore! Asians aren't more superiour, but prehaps they have more apition than the average western man and woman. Why don't we learn from them instead of feeling like shit? :P

  • From 3:56 to 4:23, they start playing part of Symphony X's The Odyssey in the background. I guess you don't have to worry about copyright infringement in Korea haha

  • i bet he can shoot an aarow up ur asshole

  • @Kirkster17 but bow skill is korea best only.

  • the part where the arrow goes inside of the other arrow reminds me of how small asians penises are

  • im just a bean tryna get some sleep

  • Lol my YouTube ID gives away too much about myself...if, that's how you knew that I'm Korean.

Umm, no I'm not picking on just Korea, I'm saying glorifying being Korean by saying things like "Korean pride" is, umm, how should I put this...BULLSHIT.

If you're born a Korean, you don't have anything to be proud about. It was LUCK. It was LUCK that you were born Korean, it's not some standard that you have to surpass. If someone was born German and they said GERMAN PRIDE!! then what would you do..?

  • @njpark36 Umm dude. Its not nice to pretend to be Korean to Criticize Korea. Tsk tsk. Kids dis days. Appreciate the skills. I respect all skills in the world. Musics, Martial Arts, and Technology.

  • @Xyeho Wtf is wrong with you stfu you dumb piece of shit 1. I never criticized Korea, I criticized NATIONALISM 2. I am Korean. It's actually kind of funny tho. Notice the "park" in my name...?

  • @njpark36 Woah...Goliath Calm down. Take a chill pill. Also dude. Criticizing Creates another hates. If you want to reduce it. Keep it to low level. I am Nationalist and Patriotic...and so you probably hate me for that. However without nationalists..Korea will lose it's identity. After that our country will be just for stomping. Also my name is (Kim Ae Kim Si) Kim Yeomin. My family holds 2 royal bloodlines from Koguryo and Silla. One thing to be sure is that. If you criticize my family. Get Fukd

  • @Xyeho Yeah right. I can also trace my fucking ancestry to Koguryo's founder. There's a book right in my room that's about an inch thick that has tons of names in it and lots of lines.

So many people took on false identities after the Korean war, no one fucking knows where they're from.

Why do you think Parks, Lees, and Kims are so common!? They're ROYAL NAMES. The fact that they're royal doesn't make them breed like rats.

  • @njpark36 Finally Kims, I understand because King Suro had 10 children and 8 had surname Kim and 2 had surname Huh. Parks were never were in war much like Kim did. Parks were usually said to be first rulers of Silla (Saroguk). Until Suk Surnames took over. Suk are said to be royal descendants of one of Japanese King. After that Kim took over after fall of Geumwan Gaya. But there were 2 different Kims. Kims from Royal House in Silla or Gimhae Kims from Gaya. Kim Yushin is Gimhae Kim.

  • @Xyeho Your great grandfather probably bought a book with a royal family tree, and mine probably did too. Maybe they didn't, but the chances of that are small.

  • @njpark36 Are Family Clan has Strict Law. We have History starting from Proto Three Kingdoms of Korea. Also My great Grandfather owned land of Pyongan Bukto. That land is now used as North Korea's Education Facility for all North Koreans. Our clan is top 3 in Joseon Days, and we were still independent and were not slaves to Japan during Colonization. We were diplomatic businessman. Also if you are so smart about this...then why don't you ask my grand father? He owns a library in his room.

  • @Xyeho Ok kudos for having a family that was apparently so successful since a hundred years ago.

I'M saying that after Joseon's hierachy broke down, the proletarians took on false identities.

So the fact that your "clan" has "strict law" doesn't mean you're really descended from the king of any country. For all I know, I could be a naturalized Korean who has roots in Indonesia, China, Vietnam, etc. Until you get DNA, you haven't proven anything. Ink on paper says nothing since after the war.

  • @njpark36 The Scientists dated our history books as 1100 years old. So there is such proof behind it. Also please...you don't know anything about my family. And you dare to say we some how copied it. Wow! Simply Idiotic! Also the people with Kim Ae Kim Si has bloodline of Indians. Because First King of Geumwan Gaya married a princess from Ayuta. So I am typically tiny bit of Indian. Also my grandpa printed fresh copy of his history books into one big copy for my cousins and I. My blood is real!

  • @njpark36 Also why you need blood test about this historical lecture? DNA is only useful during the part where someone is saying they are the host and other is denying and saying he is the host. You can check the history books and how much the Carbon 14 has been notified dead in the object. Also again...you don't know my family's linage. My family were always strict about marrying. It has to be someone with Royal or known clan guild. My grandpa states that our ancestor was Gyeongsun of Silla.

  • @njpark36 Also...do not compare your ancestors with mine. My family isn't like yours. We are Christians in belief and will never lie. My grandpa who is religious Christian and most respected man in our family, also who first faced miracles from God(Said he saw heaven, after 6 hours of being dead.) never lies. Idc if you diss me. But when it comes to dissing my ancestors and family. Is where I put my foot down. Also make sure to read my 4 comments. You made me make a speech. -_-;;

  • @Xyeho Fuck you you dumbfuck I DON'T FUCKING CARE WHAT YOUR FUCKING GRANDPA SAYS, UNTIL YOU GET DNA FROM ONE OF THE KINGS OF THE THREE KINGDOMS AND SEE IF YOUR DNA AND THAT DNA HAS A RELATIONSHIP, YOU HAVEN'T PROVEN ANYTHING.

Hhahahhahahahhaha that's funny. Christians!? Christians are the most hypocritical of all. And the bible's full of errors and contradictions.

Did you ever read the part where it says women are inferior to men and that they shouldn't wear gold or other expensive things?

    :)

  • @njpark36 Umm yeah dude...Christians says They are Christians. But most of them aren't really believing in God how it is suppose to be. For me...there is no religion. ..but there is relationship. A relationship with God. For specific name...it is Non denominational Christian. They don't follow old Christian Ways. But have only relationship with God. But I don't believe on that criticizing parts either. But I do believe in God. And Wow dude your comment this have proved that. You are Ignorant.

  • @njpark36 (Continued) Also...there is tomb of King Gwanggaeto. And his body is there. But the Chinese Government won't allow such thing. Can Cause Problems with Chinese Distortions. So the Great Three Asian Countries are just making fool of themselves. Also dude....tell you the truth. I don't read bibles. But I do listen to God and Preach. Does the Bible talks about God? (Yes)...But is it the God? (No)...Truth is that...you atheists have never felt a love, so atheists are born. World Will End.

  • @njpark36 Also why you fucking talking about DNA? You think DNA can help find people? Then how come it tooks many investigators took 14 years or so to find a one criminal who happens to be dead sometimes? I am not wasting my 14 years on your pity questions! That is fucking stupid. I sended you the websites of how some royal lineages are found.

  • @Xyeho are you people arguing about religion on a video about archery?.... take it to an email... or forum...

  • @XDArK2442X yeah sorry about that...unfortunately this got to an off topic. He was criticizing his own bloodline's Archery and History. So I couldn't leave him doing that. Sorry for the problems.

  • @Xyeho The human mind is easily deceived... Definitely when there's being messed with it.

  • @TheToxicVoid er...what? 0_0;;

  • This game looks fucking realistic ( o_o)!

  • 3:07 IT LOOKS LIKE SPERM WIGGLING THEN IT GOES IN THE BUTT , HA!

  • @Kirkster17 No they just show what happens when you spend years or even a life time trying to perfect something. Unlike the typical American who sees something they like tries it once fails and never tries it again.

  • Even if the first arrow in the board is fake or hollow, that's still really fucking insane that he's THAT precise with that thing.

  • I wonder how they got the rights to use Symphony X's music or the clip from Robin Hood... Did they even get the rights?

  • mythbuster is not wrong. i think the arrow on the target is hollow in the first place or if not hollow, it is made out of bamboo wrapped with black tape or something. it is really impossible to split an arrow in two, but you can hit the arrow on the target if you are really good. But splitting it, nah! hit it, hell yeah!
