The movie is coming to DVD soon....goody, goody.  Enjoyed Stanley's Dust Devil even though you can't really put it in one genre but overcomes that nevertheless. Hardware looks wonderfully more manic and simpler to enjoy.

the problem with this move is that te kill came too late in the film but it makes up for that with the greaatness of the kills mark 12 should fight the t-800 terminator

Just a couple of comments. The German release (Mark 13) has the original english sound track and is uncut. It is also due for release in the UK on DVD and Blu-Ray formats on June 22 2009.

The film is based on a short story set in the Judge Dredd comic strip universe (though he doesn't appear in the story) called SHOK!, originally published in a 2000AD annual in the late 70's.

This movie kicks ass plain & simple. I saw this in the theatre when it was released & it was well done! Very thought proving, interesting plot, special effects well made especiall with a low budget. I would hope to see more from the director!

@DVDFREAK101 I argued with my friends to get this movie one night and we watched it. I have to admit it was one of those half asleep things so I missed a good chunk of it just due to not paying attention. WTF was the whole point of this movie? Some chick is kind of like a futuristic crafty person. Puts some machine together. They get in a shower, some pervert keeps calling her telling her hes gonna put popcorn up her butt. The dude cuts his wrists for some reason. I never really got it.

Everyone says "there will be"... I own that DVD since abour last february, and I live in Switzerland. Not the first release country, usually. It's RED EDITION. and uncut. There was more material to the film though, some characters are there for cannon fodder only, their "important moments" they never have as it was cut out by the producers before the real cut was made. Let's wait for part two. Am looking SO forward to it.

Oh please, shut up about the crap German Red Edition release. I have the Red Edition too and it sucks. The PQ is crap, worse than my UK VHS and what's more it's in butchered full-screen! The new PROPER release of a Director's Cut will have Original Aspect Ratio. Look it up on Stanley's blog or IMDb.
