how to loom knit a hat part 2 makeing the brim

Great Vid! But I just have a question....sorry to bother you. I was just wondering when u make the brim, like when you bring the first loops up onto the loom, do you just do the stitch once where you bring the loops from the bottom and then take more yarn and do it normally for the rest of the hat? Sorry if that's confusing

Thank you for posting these videos! The directions that come with the looms is really confusing once you get to the brim and finishing the hat, but you made it very clear.
