Actually, since we're talking Priest, Anthrax recently played this with Ripper Owens on vocals, must've been awesome.

That way you can get a good portion of your collection started all at once. From what I understand, Santa is Metal Thrashing Mad and he'll make sure to hook you up.

i don't even listen to anthrax very much anymore maybe once a year in a nostalgic rush, but when i do, i swear this is the only album from anthrax im listening too.

  • @Evilinge nah man spreading the disease and among the living were still great albums dont get me wrong. It's just when they hit thier attack of the killer bees era. Now that's when they sounded horrible... uggh.... But this album is just a fucking masterpiece!! Thrash metal at it's finest!!!!

  • what a great song!

  • This fuckin' reminds me of GTA Vice city... I don't know why :D

  • Who's the singer on this song?

  • @hallbergjonatan Neil Turbin sang on this record. He left soon after.

  • go back and listen to Kill em All, it still sounds fresh and exciting as the day. That record is timeless, classic, rock n roll canon.

This, on the other hand, only sounds like the music I listened to when I was 14.

  • @shimmering1000 Metallica = wtf. Anthrax = religion.

  • @redl3ss oh yes

  • in my opinion Neil Turbin is the best Anthrax vocal.Beladonna is very good i watched him at the last year Bulgarian sonisphere, but he's not THAT good

  • 8 assholes are gonna look like the guy on the album cover soon!

  • @MrShaggyJosh and now 9

  • 8 are gay!!!!

  • @chhessman fuckin homophobic

  • who´s the singer?

  • @pumpserx the singer is Neil Turbin, who covered all the vocals of Anthrax's debut album.

  • @Corummo I thought that he was belladonna

    XD

  • @pumpserx neil turbin

  • Sounds Just Like Judas Priest :D I Love Anthrax.... Most Underrated Band Of All Time \m| (-.-) |m/

  • @MyChemicalBasslines They were never underrated!

  • Neil Turbin is a freakin' awesome vocalist!!!

    :-D

  • that's what i wanna hear.

  • @bobmarleyisgod1 agreed

  • alright guys, i'm back to correct my kind of outdated comment about ppl not bashing metal videos n stuff.

well, apparently they have. and i'm also aware of the new reinforcements to the commercialist army (Friday and My Jeans etc.). First things first: i am growing more and more disappointed with the "music industry" (aka immature-sellout- faggotry industry). They can sing about trivial bulls**t for all I care. I prefer to listen to music indiscriminate in its messages and feelings. Peace out!

  • @bobmarleyisgod1 with the name disneyfan140?

  • the seven ppl that dislike this i GURANTEED a gay together with Justin Bieber

  • I've heard this song 10 times. Non-stop.

  • where i'm from metalheads are very tolerant but as soon as the respect is not from two sides we'll just just kiss my ars and be done with it :/

  • metal thrashing maaaaaaaaaaaaaayoooooooooooooooo!!

  • questa canzone mi fa venire in mente gli anni 80... e sono del 94!

  • @MrTilotta forse perchè questa canzone è degli anni 80!!! l'album è uscito nel 1983 :D \m/

  • Metal thrashing mad. Favourite gym song. When Im benching 100 plus kilos I love this song, makes me think of my ex girlfriend and how I could crush her current boyfriend with my bare hands. Going to tear him limb by limb, not cos its legal, not cos I should, but because I know that I can. Got thunder in my hand.

  • This original version is still so much better!

  • It's just me or Anthrax and Pantera have secret connections?

  • Man these guys are gonna rock the show this year at Sonisphere!

  • imagine getting fisted in the ass by the fistful of metal = METAL UP YOUR ASS

  • metal thrashing maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

  • Belladonna version on 12 inch single sounds better than this but it wouldn't exist if this song wasn't created by turbin so I gotta like them both. I reckon.

  • This is very fucking lame and primitive metal and nowhere near what Metallica was doing at the time!

  • @metalslut1

You're right, this is way better than Metallica.

  • @metalslut1 Metallica was great until Mustaine left. Then they started to suck hard. They're bunch of sellout fags. They're not even metal, they're so gay. They are emo. Thrashers started to hate Metallica when they realesed Ride The Lightning because of gay stuff like Fade to Black. Kill Em All was ok, but Mustaine wrote that whole album. There are tons of thrash bands that are million times better then Metallica like Sadus, Dark Angel, Kreator, Razor etc.

  • @00speedfreak I'm just saying Kill em All (written 1982) is far more advanced than "Fistful of Metal". Yes, there are heavier bands than Metallica but they all came AFTER Metallica...Sadus (1988), Dark Angel (1986), Kreator (1985), Razor (1984). BTW, Ride the Lightening is a heavy album...check out "Fight Fire With Fire", "Trapped Under Ice". Megadeth didn't develop until 1986 with Peace Sells; "Killing is My Business" (1985) was not very heavy and was very primitive in comparison.

  • @metalslut1 There was Venom ''Welcome to Hell'' (this band invented extreme metal) in 1981, Hellhammer (they played death/black metal in 1982), Slayer ''Show no Mercy'' in 1983 (masterpiece). And many other speed/thrash played at the time but they were DEMO bands. MUSTAINE wrote Kill em All. Metal is supossed to be raw and primitive. Killing is My Business IS heavier, dirtier, faster and MORE technical then Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets. And remember metal is SUPPOSED to be primitive.

  • @00speedfreak Anthrax didn't make an album comparable to the other "Big 4" until "Among The Living" (1987). I agree Venom started the entire extreme metal movement. Don't forget Bathory's first album (1985) was the darkest thing to that point. I agree Mustaine shreds away Metallica nowadays but "Ride The Lightening" and "Master of Puppets" were trendsetters in the genre as well. "Killing is my Business" really chomps compared to "Rust in Peace" and Mustaine even admits that.

  • @metalslut1 I agree with everything you say except Metallica. I have old school thrash magazine from 80's which proves that Ride the Lightning was ridiculous back in the 80's thrash scene. And really nothing special about MoP. Check out band Slaughter ''Strappado'' (1985).

  • @00speedfreak I had Strappado on vinyl back in the day and it was really fast & heavy! Cryptic Slaughter "Convicted" was a trendsetter for speed as well. Sacrifice "Forward to Termination" was also a classic! For me personally, I didn't think it was possible to be heavier than Venom until I picked up Bathory's first album and then "The Return" in 1985!

  • @metalslut1 In that case you're fuckin old school, RESPECT.

  • @00speedfreak Same to you my friend! Keep it old school!

  • @00speedfreak ammm dude it is true that overkill start the thrash movement on 1982 O.o, im asking you this because i see you know a lot the history of thrash metal

  • @00speedfreak mustainde didnt wrote the whole album, he just wrote the mechanix, jump in the fire and no remorse and when he left metallica change the lyrics of the mechanix. i have the album

  • @sancor05 He even played on every song while recording that album but those fags didn't write his name.

  • I want to give 7 people a Fistful of Metal

  • Neil Turbin > Joey Belladona

  • dont feed the troll

  • Heavy Metal and I fuck your mothers.

  • its funny how ignorant alot of you are about your so called love for metal.

    listen to it or GTFO

  • Neil Turbin - Anthrax's best vocalist!

  • METAL TTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!!!!!!D

  • metal thrashing MAYO

    I want a sandwich now

  • Better than Among The Living, Joey Belladona is... meh... well at least not shit like John Bush

  • Neil Turbin beats Joey Belladona ANYDAY!!!

  • you can cover whatever song you like, but the fact of being influenced by that is another entire different thing, let me see last time i heard about metalcore and deathcore bands put up on mainstream media hmmm... how about avenged sevenfold wining MTV prizes and bullet for my valnetine just being everywhere in metal hammer with killswitch engage and as i lay dying? you're a poser because you think you're a metalhead and you're not even close, you even like korn, pfff LMAO POSEUR!

  • ben fernandez

  • MEEEEEEEEEEEEETAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLL!!!!

  • @ragonomics have u heard judas priest rob halford's scream is 400,000 times better and he is in his 50's and he can still nail all the judas priest songs

  • Best. Metal Scream. Ever.

  • @ragonomics No, try the end of Child In Time by Deep Purple, or if they're not metal enough for you, try the end of Victim Of Changes by Judas Priest.

  • @fuji5534 no this is Neil Turbin. Joey did the next 4 albums

  • is this joey singing?

  • @Metalpefki YES

  • @Metalpefki finally someone else sees it

  • Calm down son, you're not at the mosh pit anymore...

  • @crusher955 i don't think so everytime I push the 'play' button i'm caught in the middle of the fucking mosh ;)

  • @Metalpefki shut your mouth

  • @BassOfManySeas great argument dude there you go :)

    IQ Level:Less than 30...

  • @Metalpefki U MAD? Also, it's so cute that you think A7X is heavy.

  • @biohazrd901 i didn't say their heavy but you're just one more stupid man having no arguments to say so just creates facts out of their minds..i said that is so fuckin' stupid to talk shit about other bands all the time...

  • @Metalpefki Thats kinda the purpose of thrash is to say hey our musics faster harder to play and better. Plus every metal head is a dick we all hate half the fuking world. so i dont give a fuk if people dont like me and i dont like it when people think shitty bands are cool

  • @BassOfManySeas you know shit about what thrash is about..thrash is about not giving a fuck about anything that fucks up your life..plus you being a dick doesn't mean every metalhead is a dick..get a life..don't reply please..you're obviously not gonna understand..cheers..

  • @Metalpefki Metal heads do hate fuking everything even tom from sayer said so

  • @BassOfManySeas metalheads are not retarted to hate every single thing in the world..they hate everything that fucks up their lives..

  • @Metalpefki ela mwri peuki me ts metalies s:P:P

  • @Metalpefki although a bit too aggressive, your statement is very true. we metal fans are infamous for our intolerance to other genres and even to our brethren. with a few exceptions, i have never heard a pop or rap fan disrespect or hate metal. they stick to their genre and dont go "attacking" metal videos, do they? sure, we all hate justin bieber cuz his lyrics are immature and he sounds girlish, but he or his fans dont go hating on us. dont expect tolerance when you cant show some urselves..

  • @DariusXCV about the aggression I'm just fed up of all these idiot metalheads who are a disgrace for metal itself..anyway mostly its true that most metalheads can't tolerate other genres..but most pop rap etc. fans are very degrading towards heavy metal usually calling it noise or childish music..something's wrong with the world anyway..

  • @Metalpefki seems pretty balanced to me, they calling us noise, we calling them crap. balanced yes, good - no. still, one thing pop and rap music deserves to be criticised about, is the fact that they often dont make music in their view, but music that the masses "would like" (i.e. beaten into their heads by mass media). they have made the decision to make the most money they can out of this dirty business, leaving expression in the background. thats why such "music" would never be truly real..

  • @DariusXCV of course im not talking about pop or rap music..but metal or at least rock music that because of its being a bit mainstream metalheads can't accept

  • @DariusXCV They don't hate because they've never been exposed to anything like this. they sit at home playing their facebook and such. But it's not their fault that they grew up in an era where everyone is special everyone wins everyone gets a trophy, very sad. METAL UP YOUR ASS!

  • @DariusXCV Well said. I have seen a couple of pop or rap fans "attack" metal videos by calling them "shit" or something of that sort.... but nothing compared to what metal fans do... and again very well said.

  • @DariusXCV

I don't want their pathetic tolerance, I want them to bow before me and admit this is superior in every way msically possible compared to their shit.

  • @DariusXCV You're right; but only the posers do that; the real metalheads say "fuck you then" if you dislike our music

  • @DariusXCV Obviously i am not experiencing the same, PEople who dislike metal bash it as much as metalheads bash other music, i see rappers, Nu metlalers and pop people bashing it, saying its talentless noise and shit

  • @DariusXCV They dont attack because they have dont know any metal bands to insult.

  • @DariusXCV actually i used 2 constantly get shit from ppl 4 bein a mosher and iv seen alot of pop fans dissin bands on youtube so although u make a good point, its not completely correct and thats y im so intolerent of other types of music because of the way i used 2 b discriminated against for bein a metal head. Another reason metalheads may be more intolerent is because our music is completely different and way more aggressive than other types of music and we take pop for the pussy shit it is

  • @DariusXCV

I'm a Hessian (see hessian.org). I listen to "good music", regardless of genre, but with an emphasis on music that is "heavy", "dark", or "morbid", since that reflects my own character. I don't care much at all for happy-clappy crap which preaches love and goodwill to all men, because it's pure fantasy, with no basis in reality. People kill people. Life is a struggle for dominance, with occasional respite. Classical/Electronica/Ambient/Metal is all you need, really.

  • @ExNihilMetal i wouldn't call ambient or black metal heavy ;)

and its no fantasy. I'm metalhead through and through but to hate mankind or anything else is just stupid

  • @ExNihilMetal true dat, that's why such music has been prospering in the past 20 years, along with the commercialization, these things go hand by hand. people just want the "good" truth, not the real truth, their lives made "easier" and shit, though, as i had previously said, people around where i live are somewhat tolerant (as in not bashing and calling it devil's music etc.) and not the fanatic oppressive christfags you see in movies and so on...

  • @DariusXCV Considering i see pop trolls in lots of Metal videos, and that Metal is constantly being flagged as ''Screamo'', i have to disagree.

  • @DariusXCV so true so true... though the rap fans have begun attacking us :/

  • @DariusXCV this is because a justin bieber fan never ever even heard the name of Anthrax, while his gay singer hit us everywhere, through radio and tv, with his shit. metal don't go where ppl don't like it, while the rap-pop shit INVADES our life continuously. that's why.

  • @DariusXCV pop fans dont hate on metal videos?fucking false my friend

  • @DariusXCV thats because other genres don't produce a lifestily ... and other fans aint hardcore !

  • @DariusXCV

    you're wrong, they hate us!

  • @arteswcrew94 just like we despise them and the bullshit they 'stand' for, amirite?
