  • I NEEDED PROTEIN AND LOTS OF IT....just think I have been a vegetarian for 30 years and have been not feeling well fo rmost of life...while I was eating great and organic products but was eating the wrong food for my body type, the last few days have been just miraculous, for the first time in A LONG TIME I HAD ENERGY TO WORK OUT AND I DIDN'T TAKE A NAP. MY BODY IS CHARGED.I WAS SOOO HAPPY I CRIED. I FEELLLLLL AMAZING. thanks to this way of eating....

  • KEYS TO GOOD HEALTH:

    -have a Spiritual belief/faith

    -fresh air into the lungs daily

    -clean water

    -sunshine on the skin daily

    -food grade supplements

    -exercise- walking, biking , roller blade

    -NON-toxic relationships

    -something to be passionate about (job)(charity work)

    These catagories cover over all health for BODY , SOUL, MIND....so much freedom when the above necessities are meet.

  • your metabolic type sounds a lot like mine! does dairy wheat make you swell too! because those make my stomach huge and it hurts really bad! i haven't read this book yet but, i can tell when i'm eating mostly fruits and veggies my stomach is a lot flatter!

  • Dairy products don't work well with my body. My stomach tends to bloat real big. I stopped drinking cow's milk. Now I drink almond milk. My digestive system is slow moving. My body works better with fruits and veggies.
