  • sounds like u have a awesome girl your a lucky guy to have a girl that takes interest in your hobbies

  • her voice sounds sexy

  • I loved the landing part. I need to paint the underneath of my 800mm corsair coz I lose ordination of it when it's a bit far n causes me to crash.

  • its a toy

  • Nice flying! Look like you've flown a bird or twelve before, LOL I must agree with your assessment on simulators, from personal experience.

    I've crashed 4 Dynam A-10's before I decided I need "practice" :0

I got my wife to do video's as well and she's on her PC learning to fly on the RealFlight G4.5 simulator now. She's taken a liking to the F4U as well but, she'll get a smaller 800mm version when she's ready to try her hands at RC flying...she'll also learn to built it too.

  • Very nice!

  • A good aircraft very well flown. Lovely. Thank you.

  • @Neryosangha thank you!

  • That rocks!!!! I just bought off a good buddy the parkzone corsair (NOT) the micro, the bigger one. Local hobby shop here sells them for $240 got mine (no crashes) and a custom airbrush paint job for $100 including everything =) The only thing I WISH i had was the retracts!!! ;) you and your wife seem really cool.. I'd love to go flying in a field like that with you guys.. the two beast corsairs! =) Anyhow, if you wanna see the custom airbrushing my buddy did to my corsair let me know! Cheers!

  • Great vid! Where did you have the camera mounted? I can't see it anywhere at the beginning.

  • @elebeu thanks man.,.. yea thats my wife...shes mad cool :)

  • Nitroplanes really has a string of winners in thier 1400mm warbird line, and the sound of that 4 blade prop on the Corsair is truly rc airsex! Lol,,, Excellent video, and I really liked the way you mixed the onboard and distance views. Cudos to Madame Cinematographer, and to the pilot for the excellent scale landings!

  • Thank you RemodNC! I agree this plane is awesome! I just got the T28 and will have a video up soon... its def another winner... Thanks again for your kind words :)

  • Incredible vid! Had a question diceman, Ive heard that the corsairs are harder to fly then some other war-birds such as the Mustang or T-28 Trojan. Would that be your take on them also?

  • sweet plane :)

  • thanks!

  • Nice plane great flyin, and nothin better when you got a supportive lady lettin you live the dream!

  • Thanks gfresh94... im a lucky guy :)

  • I got my Corsair from NP as an ARF over a month ago and only yesterday was I finally able to get an esc from them that was compatible with Spectrum receiver. While everything else is working, the gear wouldn't work (bad sequencer). Worked around that, but the gear doors won't completely close. I have a DX6i radio. I can't figure out how to adjust them to close. Any ideas?

  • There are a few videos on youtube... check them out 6Sally5

  • awesome!!!

  • thanks wan9572

  • Thats a sweet looking plane and a great flight bro. Happy flying.

  • Thanks shypilito1... glad you liked it.

  • Ludicrously sweet plane! Flies like the real thing- I want to shrink myself down and take a ride. I'm going on a diet. You should think about crashproofing it- have you seen how these things get mangled in Nitro's vids? We've got kits for them, ready in a couple of weeks. BTW- you have some real cojones taking off next to a line of trees! Maybe you'd be into dogfighting? You anywhere near New York?- Steve

  • Thanks for the comment Killerplanes..lol... I am from NY (Long Island) but now in Sunny San Antonio TX for work... Where in NY are you at?

  • @diceman94 I'm from LI originally- ain't no mountains there, so that must be Texas! When you get back, look us up through the Killerplanes website- gotta get you into dogfighting!- Steve PS- just went into a tree in my yard today doing about 70 with a Hawkfighter- it actually cracked the wing- bummer! Time to get the hotglue gun out! (it's the Hawkfighter 5 you can see in our speedruns video)

  • Good job man, great flying and landings don't get much better than your's.

  • Thanks protusx!

  • Just beautiful. It's size, the sound it makes, the scale flying! Can you please tell me what motor and battry u use and how long your average flight time normally is? Also what is the wheight of this beauty? A reply is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the nice video, very inspiring.

  • Thanks for the kind words arnoveNL... The motor is stock that came with it and for battery i use a 14.8V 3000 30C 4 Cell Lipo. Im not sure about the weight... thanks again!

  • Hi, Congrats on the Corsair! I got mine a few days ago and it is just awesome. May I ask you about the prop? Did you balance it somehow? I tried a few throtle marks and the prop vibrates noticeeably. Any suggestion?

    Regards

    David

  • @hermosillad There is really no way to balance the prop... i just tried to get the best fit i could in the prop housing. The vibrations should only be at low throttle but as soon as youre half way in it should stop as mine does too... hope this helps.

  • I dunno if thats your wife or your girlfriend, but she is HOT! Love Blondes :P Oh yea nice plane too :P 2:26 :D

  • haha mohaa1047... Thanks Ill let my wife know :)

  • I dunno if thats your wife or your girlfriend, but she is HOT! Love Blondes :P Oh yea nice plane too :P

  • Looking good man Sweet great job on the video

  • Thanks TinkerManRC!

  • arnoveNL(1 minuut geleden)

Hello, very nice video of your airfield corsair. Can I ask you how long you can fly with one lipo 3000mah battery? Thanks to your vid I'm seriously thinking about buying one of these in stead of the smaller parkzone corsairs.

Also do you require much more space to fly than the parkzone corsair? Have a nice day

  • Dude, good video and great flying!!! I love this plane! One of my favorite warbirds of all time. I got mine two weeks ago and haven't maidened her yet because the weather hasn't been to favorable lately. Anyway, thanks for the video!

  • Thanks TRBOQUIK6!!! Im glad you liked it... Good luck on your maiden... you will love it!

  • Nice flight man. I fly where you are too. Shoot me a message next time you are going out. I fly with the Heli guys but also do 3d airplanes too. My dad has one of these airfield corsairs too

  • Sounds good rebeljames... ill def get in touch. I have seen the heli guys once and talked with them... Im sure if i went out there earlier in the day I sould see them more often... its such a great field right!

  • This bird is on FIRE! Excellent video and plane diceman94. Keep 'em coming!

  • Thanks vmhorne... Im glad you liked it!!

  • I just picked up the P51-D "Marie" from Nitroplanes. The weather just hasn't been nice enough to fly in around here to get it up in the air. I, too am honestly a little intimidated by this. My experience is mostly park fliers and small planes. This is my first large scale and I couldnt' be more excited to fly it. Great video! Thumbs up!

  • Thats awesome SplittingAt0ms! To be honest I had my eyes on the P-51 too... its such a great lookin mustang! Last month I got the Tower Hobbies version of it (small 40 in wingspan) and its a ton of fun to fly... Don't be intimitaded... its really not bad and very stable! I'm sure youre gonna love flying your bigger P-51. I went for the Corsair since I was torn between parkzone and this one and decided to go giant...lol...and how can you resist those retracts!!! Let me know when u get a vid up!

  • @SplittingAt0ms Just go for it SplittingAt0ms! I have the red P-51 and I just maidened her 6 days ago after letting it sit for 2 months... i too was intimitaded. But double check everything twice, be confident in the build and just go for it! Check my page for a video of the flight. Now.... time to add flaps and a mount on the underside for my GoProHD! Wheels up!

  • Very nice!

  • Thanks chalmrast !

  • :) Awesome Video & Outstanding Maiden!!

  • Thanks for watching SubatomicMD... Slowly and surely im improving my flying skills :)

  • @diceman94 No improvment needed!!!!!

  • that's awesome man! I like the black and white bit at the end there. Congrats on a successful maiden.

  • Thanks for watching impostor71... Im glad you liked it!!!

  • Hola, how to get the plane, the problem is, I from to Mexico

  • Que pasa erikito74? I dont know... I would do some research online and check with the vendors.

  • Very nice flight video! which camera are you using?

  • Thanks rariho4180! I use a sony handycam dcr-sx63 that my wife and I got for a trip we went on... I think its great for indoor use but as you can tell by the vids, it wants to go in and out of focus outdoors... I tried playing with the settings with not much luck fixing that issue... As far as the FPV, I got the "Hidden Covert Camera" from Hobbypartz.

  • Nice flight there buddy!, just a question or two: i have 3 pakzone flyers, bf109, mustang and wildcat, would you recomend this brand (airfield) and airplane itself (corsair) in terms of availability for replacement parts, and also i have a dx6i could i use this radio?, i would apreciate your response and and some advice, i guess i am use to parkzone and i am kind of afraid to try this airplane, which just to look at it is awesome and has retracts!!! nice, ok that is all thanks and happy flying!!

  • Hey antoniovski! From my experience you definitely have to stock up on what you use mostly (for ex: special props). Due to high demand for parts they run out quickly... Look into their forums. Most locals carry parts for parkzone and I know tower hobbies carries large amounts of parts for their brands so its more convenient for the "quick fix". I got this plane because it is so unique, I just couldn't resist :)... In the ARF version you can use your DX6I or any radio you choose. Hope this helps!

  • Did she fly slow ok??

  • Absolutely Tonnstar147... I was surprised and how well she flys both slow and fast!
