  • Hi! I am a hardgainer... Can i gain muscle from bodyweight Exercises without using weights? Is it better or worse to do bodyweight exercises than going to the gym???

  • These body weight exercises are working on the core muscles that make us feel strong. Size comes from pounding heavy weights. Okay video. Thumbs up!

  • Me and my wife have been training with this trainer for 8 months and we've lost 90+kilos between us and we feel unbelievable we owe him everything everyone just get up and Di something and have fun doing it.

  • we banned those little AFL shorts in nsw ya know ;)

  • Not that impressive tbh... I did like those bridge wall walks though.

  • AWESOMENESS!

  • Can this guy be my trainer?

  • Hi, where are you located in Aus?

  • Hi, I'm in Bendigo in Central Victoria

  • Okay, he's hard core! I won't complain anymore when I workout! HA! From: poundpuncher

  • If you did these as a circuit three times a week you'd not only lose weight but gain strength and cardio improvements also. it's pretty awesome. Although the balancing on the head thing looks dangerous, nonetheless impressive.

  • what is your height and weight? thanks...

  • Cool! I am so using these as my workout goals!

  • im jealous!!

  • @ualgremlin thats what I need.One legged squats.

    sometimes they scare my knees

  • awesome exercises. totally inspiring!

  • great video and very impressive results! do u mainly focus on bodyweight exercises or do u incorporate weight training as well?

  • i think he does both. i can't see him being so big using bodyweight training alone.

  • @blackiechan52

no doubt about it, but have u ever seen inmates in the south states? weights were baned 8 years ago....yet their workouts are similar and I am sure even you have heard (or seen) inmates body shape...

  • @blackiechan52 resistance is resistance, whether it's gravity on your body weight, or gravity on iron, or resistance bands, its all relative, you CAN get big on body weight exercise if that is your intent.

  • Impressive stuff dude! Get some more vids out bro... looking forward to seeing more trainin'!

  • Cool man, you got some pretty funky and innovative tricks! I'll have to try this stuff out :D

I made a video response that I think you might appreciate also.

  • Very impressive! Great functionally advanced exercises. I'm working on a similar video also collecting a bunch of different crazy exercises I do. :-)

    Good luck!
