Might give you a slight disoriented feeling that could be associated with a "good hit", but it wears off quickly and you go back to how high you would've been without holding it in. THC is absorbed nearly instantly in your lungs.

Thinking about it is kinda gross too. Smoke goes stale quickly, so you're just holding in stale smoke.
