Forget editing, one obvious thing that shows its fake is the camera shots.

At first the cameraman is zoomed in onto the "UFO", okay, fair enough thats the first reaction. He then zooms out and focuses more on the actual city, bringing it to the center of the shot while the "UFO" is still flying over a building... as if to say, "Ah, thats enough UFO footage for today, let me check out the city" :)
