@ARicci09 I disagree. I'd say "strength"-wise wrestling is tougher. Physically, basketball is absolutely tougher because of the intense conditioning, constant running, 40 minutes of hard nose defending and running and jumping. But definately strength-wise wrestling is tougher. A lot of the times, you don't have to be "in shape" to wrestle, you can just weigh a lot and put on some muscle.
