Thats why I'm posting this around youtube. EA is in a very precarious place right now. They have committed SO much to Origin, that if it fails, EA is in really serious trouble. But once people allow this to happen, it can never be reversed, and every games publisher will copy what EA is doing. Its worth making a stand

@panzerchek9999 they still make em you know, and I had 100 euros for a new cpu (since the one I owned was a Pentium Dual Core), and I did some research, and this one was a brand new version. So I bought it.
EA has updated their terms of service for Origin again (which every PC player will have to use). EA has inserted the Sony clause, stating that if you agree to the ToS, you no longer have the right to sue them. Ever.
EA may also install spyware on your computer & harvest whatever data they want, if they misuse that data, you can not sue them (unless you're european), however they can still sue you (for piracy etc)
Please feel free to research this yourselves, & thumbs up so others can see this.

You can't just 'sign your rights away'. If contracts were legally binding that way, they could put "You give your soul to EA and must do anything they say" and if you sign it, it'd be legal. Guess what, it isn't~ you have rights, and your signature doesn't just automatically deny you those rights.

In the european union laws have been passed specifically to block this, and it says in the contract "this contract binds you to the maximum amount permissable by your country". What I am talking about is the EA terms of service which was only found out about a few days ago (do a google search on EA suing clause). This remains in effect (see EA ToS Section 20, paragraph 1).

EA will also have the ability to scan your computer for marketing data (what games you like, what you look at on the internet etc) and use that data for marketing. If they misuse that data (eg. I suggest you go online and read sections 2 & 17 of the Origin EULA

For one. I have a 150 dollar video card and it can handle almost any game on max setting. And for two. Hackers do get kicked out of most lobbies. Unless the lobby was made for hackers. The only reason they stay in the game is probably because the admin is AFK.

@tlast2O12dude have a read of the Origin EULA, sections 2 and 17. its really really scary stuff, and if people don't do anything about it. This will be in every EULA for every video game.

For one. I have a 150 dollar video card and it can handle almost any game on max setting. And for two. Hackers do get kicked out of most lobbies. Unless the lobby was made for hackers. The only reason they stay in the game is probably because the admin is AFK.

Anyway i read system requarments of this game and recomended video cards were gts 250, gtx 260 and hd 4850 512 mb :) So you will be able to play on servers with 64 players with fps 45-50. 1 proplem is cpu :( core i5 is recomended but i think core 2 quad will be ok :D
