  • To Innocent paradis : Thank you very much. Unfortunately I never was in the Louvre, therefore and did not know. I am really appreciate to you! I enjoy exciting sounds of this bewitching music and painting

  • This is what Youtube is all about. Thank you for uploading.

  • C'est le même tableau qui s'est trouvé dans le film "Tous les matins du monde!".

  • I'm really sorry but I dont know how to say it English so I hope that someon could translate this:

Les trucs roulés en premier plan sont des "oublies", des gaufrettes fabriqués de la même manière que les hosties que le prêtre distribue. Ce tableau a d'ailleurs été repris par Alain Corneau dans l'adaptation au cinéma

  • @Hyacinthe0Apolyon

Je ne parle pas couramment, mais j'ai utilisé Google pour m'aider! ;)

"The things rolled in the foreground are "forgotten" wafers manufactured in the same manner as communion wafers distributed by priests. This table has used by Alain Corneau in the film adaptation."

  • @Hyacinthe0Apolyon et on les mange avec de la glace

  • what are those white rolled up things? Are they a desert or something? O.o just curious.

  • amazing!!! Really. I like this very much! Who painted this picture?

  • @soyka73 Lubin Baugin : Le dessert de gaufrettes (Louvre). A beautiful example of "poetic reality".

  • telling a sad story...but it conveys to an atmospher of calmess and make me be thoughtful...

    AMAZING MELODIES!!!!!!!!!!

  • Magnifique !

  • @MegaPepper123

  • Très beau.

  • Movie got it right. Art is the only way we have of breaking bread with the dead.

  • Succinct and dead right|! You and I would have much to talk about

  • Magnifique! Merci beaucoup!

  • Thanks. You captured the point of art, we make an offering to those who have before.

  • That was unusual. Nice though.

  • @dnsrocha2 Why shouldn't it be?

  • But beautiful nasty.

  • It's not torture. It's a mix of sounds, thoughts ans feelings each supporting one another on a strong and perfectly buildt base. Listen more baroque music, and you'll understand.

  • @dnsrocha2 How can a philistine child expect to appreciate this music?

  • Woohoo that low string rocks!!

  • harika! benim çalgım da viyola

  • I have a CD of lute works by Franco Pavin

the cover of which features this painting.

I didnt know it is in Louvre.

I would like to meet it someday.

I love Tous les Matin du Monde sooooo much.

  • The painting is by Lubin Baugin, it's at the Louvre Museum.

  • Yum Yum. I love brandy snaps, me.

  • It is from a movie about marin marais mostly about saint columb, if you look that up u might get the title to the painting which is by a guy that starts with a b or somethings

  • I believe that movie Sahara101010 was talking about is called Tous Les Matins Du Monde (All of the mornings of the World).

You can search the movie, it is a really beautiful movie with many Excerpts from Sainte-Colombe and Marais. Infact if you scroll down the Related Videos column, then you could see some extracts from the film, Tous Les Matins Du Monde!

    Hope you enjoy,

  • Lubin Baugin
