  • Hi Brian, I'd like to congratulate you on this workout. I practice Kyokushin in Herts north of London and have wanted to do a comprehensive weight based workout at home to go with the 2 nights a week I train. We cover many of your techniques in class but of course have to make time for everything else a Kyokushin class entails, but there's some wonderful exercises here that will help me increase my strength and improve me as a practitioner. I especially love the dumbbell press-ups. Osu! Jeff
