It's nothing new and just because this song SOUNDS kind of like Follow You Down by Gin Blossoms, doesn't mean Active Child is the first EVER to do something like this. The music industry is all about repetition and making things people will listen to. Look at the Black Eyed Peas, they ripped off that dirty dancing song, modernized it, which in turn, RUINED THE ORIGINAL SONG! All in all, Gin Blossoms won't sue these guys for ripping off their song.
