hi, i'm lefty too. I have an Ibanez RG (not the same model you have) but i have several problems to mantain the guitar in tune!!

do you suffer the same problem with your Rg1570l?

do you think it can be a good guitar to buy?

I haven't had any probs with it, it took a while to set the correct spring tension because I use a different string gauge to the set that was on there when I bought it. I love playing this model, the neck is fast as f**k. Look around for some videos on here about adjusting Floyd Rose tremelo's, might solve your tuning issue, because once the springs are set, fine tuners should be enough to keep it in tune. :)

i have the exact same model, lefty too and dont really like the tone that much, but thats maybe cause i cant afford a good amp yet

Overall I'm real happy with the playability of this guitar, I have an older Ibanez RG320 but this is so much better. Pickups are factory issue no doubt, I have a Marshall Valvestate VS65R and its real sweet through that, though mostly I play through the computer with the Toneport.
