lol yes i had that problem tryin to open it but i used a knife to open it but u realli need to apply a lot of force with ur fingers once u do it once or twice it will come good and will easily be able to open it.

if ure having trouble with sending stuff from the computer to the phone then get a card reader....the put the memory card into the reader and start shoving stuff into the mini SD card...simple!!

there is one downside to the phone that people need to be aware of. when you buy it most of the time it doesnt come with a USB to connect it to the computer. but instead you phone has bluetooth so you can connect it to your computer but be aware because most laptop when they say they are wireless they are but they dont pick up bluetooth so u need a laptop that says bluetooth not W-LAN becasue W-LAN doesnt pick up bluetooth. thats just my heaps up about the phone.
