each turbo and super charger has their own advantages n disadvantages. both are better than stock if your looking for easy hp but they both also lower the longevity of your vehicle

It`s a hi-compression motor (11.4:1)it will die of short death. U have the weakest metal block (aluminum with so plastic). The more boost ,the higher the CC goes, around 12psi non-IC the motor should BLOW-UP...import junk!

Flywheel hp is probably around '370 something' range. I doubt the car will run sub 5 from a dig...way too much wheelspin due to FWD. However, the car should out-accelerate an M3 once rolling from any highway speed. TL MTs are 6sp. Sweet ride.

I hope you mean a e46 M3 not a new one. No offense the TL is nice but the new M3 will destroy the TL in every way. It should though its double the price. I would love to see this thing run with my car!

Yes, you're right. A new M3 would blow the doors off a supercharged TL. I own an '06 TL with NA mods to ~ 285 hp. I like mine a lot...it's a nice upscale Honda that does well in its class/price range, superb car. An M3 however, is a different kind of beast.

M3's are not made to compete with a TL, so you are right. Now put a supercharged 330i in there and that's a good match up.

the new 330i's 335's come bi-turbo'd. so save your money instead of putting in a supercharger

Yeah, the 335i is no joke, I use to own one. I had just about every bolt on. my best time was 12.03@116mph with a 2.1 60' time. Then really got the need for speed, bought a 911 turbo, modded the hell out of it now have 850hp/960lbft!!! check out my videos
