Ok. So heres what you need to do. FIrst you should get a joystick. Cheap ones are like 12 dollars. Its like the first thing you should buy. Use flaps for takeoff and landing. And for the force my only guess would be turbulence or winds. Were they all turned off?
i'm pretty sure he is using the demo. cause if you watch both of his videos there both from the same airport which is innisbruck airport in austria and that's basiclly the only airport you can use in the demo so there is no point of getting a joystick unless your gonna get the full version.

You can go in the rendering options and turn birds, deer, and hot air balloons off. Yes same with tiemji, use 8 degrees flaps on takeoff and full flaps on landing. You can record movies after you do a flight, once you land or takeoff or do a circuit hit the comma key, it will go into a replay mode. To record a movie, simply hit ctrl+spacebar.
And maybe it was the wind shear which put you down, or maybe your wings didn't have enought lift. Use flaps to take off or to land.

Why did you take off. You could use the brakes, the speed brakes and the reverses.

WAY TO LAND DUDE. Maybe you should try an instrumental landing with that kind of plane cause landing a 737 visually is not a simple job.

You should have use flaps for take off and landing. It will help you to have low stall speed on take off and landing
