Its because its human nature that if we see/hear something we dont like/agree with, then we want to get our opinion in. Because if you just have a comment section with only positive feedback, it looks sort of biased and it's not fair to the people who dont know much about the band to hear only good things, they should want to hear the good and the bad and make up their own mind.
