武壇"現在八極拳"和大陸的八極確有很大不同, 我向 徐紀 老師学的八極拳, 也源自 劉雲樵_ 師爺, 也和武壇有所不同. 八極拳非常注重沉墜勁, 蠶絲勁 ,十字勁, 尤其下盤功力要求,不容昘練得好, 個人淺見, 不適合武術初練者学習, 應有基本武術觀念及基礎者較適合, 否則僅能練得 "樣子"而己. 我練了半年八極拳,確實獲益良多. . youtube . " 八極拳初階-SEP 2009' " 影片中就是我本人.
