Be careful exporting drums from guitar pro! :) Technically, it's a pretty noticeable difference between playing in your (120 bpm) tempo and the original one (128 bpm).

But, overall, I liked your cover of this solo the most. Nice job!

@BestTopGearRacer thanks!. well i suppose any fairly decent tube head/preamp will do the job, or some really good well known solid state amps or hybrids will do the job if you boost them, or ad an eq. tubes are best for this tone though. \m/

hey, ye you better believe it! lol its a stock model as far as i know, and one of the earliest ones aswell as it has the level switch in top, im using JJ electronics tubes.

you can get many tones from the mp-1 you just gota play around a bit, mine used to sound thin when i first got it, it could be because im using a cabinet simulator aswell? but i doubt it.

my secret weapon for rhythm is an mxr wylde overdrive.. that ads an unbelievable amount of crunch :P

i don't know what you mean really :S i just adjust the gate so it sorts out any excess noise or hiss, but its going to be different for everyone if youve got diferent gear than me. \m/

i'm looking at getting a 266xl. what's the gate like on it. does it just cut ground hum etc, or will it work as a full on feedback suppressor if need be?

i haven't been able to test it for reducing feeback really, i can't play that loud because of the neighbours. I don't really get that much feeback with any of my rigs, but it will allow me to sustain joe satriani style feedback if needs be, whilst cutting out the crap :P
