Dude you're not doing them right. at all. See Scooby's video on bicep curls. You'll never get muscles with doing that. And why do you pose all the time when you don't have muscles?
And yeah your body doesn't need more work as much as it needs BETTER work, use good form in every exercise and you'll get twice as better gains.
I'm only 14 and I can bicep curl more than you and lift around 90 kg but I use correct form that's why I get gains. You can lift 5 kg just use good form.
ich würd mehr gewicht nehmen und dafür weniger wiederholungen machen, wenn du auf kraft trainieren willst....das was du machst geht ja mehr in die Richtung Kraftausdauer...ich nehm im höchsten Satz 18 kg pro Hantel...aber mach auch nur 6 wiederholungen...ansonsten sehen deine Oberarme aber gut aus!

13,5kg, wow. Ich glaub nicht das ich die 10 mal hoch kriege. Vor 3-4 Jahren hätte ich noch gedacht "Ach den Klaus, den würde ich locker schaffen!" aber du hast in den letzten Jahren richtig Masse aufgebaut und wie man an der 13,5kg hantel sieht, auch Kraft. Bin mal gespannt ob sich nochmal einer traut gegen dich zu drücken :-)

Although you clearly did a nice job to start bodybuilding... I think you get get a lot of good advice watching Scooby's videos on YouTube.
Hope you get bigger soon, then pose, there's no point at posing with no muscle :)
