  • This song is sadly soothing. Comforting to know that there IS a way to describe that Emptiness which accompanies not seeing to fruition; the "American Dream" (marriage, kids, picket fence, station wagon).....especially when one has 'tried at it', and the relationship doesn't work....leaving behind a kid who you can never fully 'properly' explain this failure. Plus, I understand that Lenny's father has passed away some time ago. Yep. I can definately relate!
