You need a person with a slow projectile. Have that person stand at the other corner of the screen and launch his/her projectile. Now use Oswald and perform the C version of the four suits DM (qcf, hcb + C) while holding on C and back direction. Release the C button immediately when the projectile is reflected. When Oswald connectes with the four suits DC the joker LDM immediately by inputting (foward, back, foward + E).
