Obama is a terrible LIAR. Obama originally promised to Dr. Jana Kohl, the author of A Rare Breed of Love — a book about a three-legged rescue dog and puppy mill survivor named Baby--to adopt a shelter dog. Obama could not even come through with such an easy promise, so I doubt he will come through with more important issues. Obama obviously has no morals in giving his word. He's a liar. Sure a dog is a small matter-but it shows he can't keep even SMALL promises. He's rotten!

i heard he chose this dog b/c of he girls' allergies. guess the ASPCA didn't have a dog that wouldn't be a problem like that.

He could have gotten a poodle - equally "hypoallergenic" . Osama got the dog from Kennedy, who got it from his dog trainer (it was given to the trainer by a dog breeder that got the dog from an allegedly "difficult" customer-implying it was "not adoptable"-100% untrue). The dog is 100% pure breed. Kennedy then conveniently gave it to Osama. It was pre-arranged. You see Osama promised to get a shelter dog and found a way to renege on the simple promise, i.e, LIE.

But Bo is a pure bred Portuguese water dog, a relatively rare breed, whose breeder, Martha Stern, said is not a "rescue". She explained dogs that don't work out are returned to her and she will sell them to someone else. There is no chance a dog like this would ever have needed rescuing

I realize the dog is a very small matter-but this clearly illustrate how DEVIOUS King Osama is. When a person goes through such lengths to LIE-how can you trust him with more important key issues?? You can't! Slimeball Osama basically stabbed all animal activists in the back-he used such activists to get MILLIONS of votes. It worked. At the expense of them, and the countless millions of animals they try to save from dog pound gassings & homelessness.
