  • If your having fun at what you do. You must with a setup like this at a young age there are other things you could have bought but instead you purchased dj equipment. As always...

    Keep the Party Rockin

    DJ Silverodo

  • Good old set up there pal :)

  • how'd you make that table?!? it's sick!!

  • @wossbass No it isn't! It great - I love it - Don't listen to this idiot

  • where did you get the speakers on the outside ? and what make are they

  • @CKTHEDJ1 those are only cheap speakers i got off ebay, omnitronic dx2222, i now only use them in my bedroom and for disco's i use 2 mackie sa1232z's and occasionally use a pair of mackie swa1801s aswell.

  • this is amazing for a 12 year old Im 11 and I just purchased my first lights and I use a Fender PD250 sound system

  • @generationstationdj , keep it up mate, as you get the money from gigs, buy new gear to make my set up bigger or better. I am now 14 and from my newer videos you can see how my gear has changed and gotten better.

  • @ramboandwig yes. that's right. when i was so old like you, i bought my first speakers and lights. and now: i'm 16 and my system was big enough, for a large hall. every dj is beginning like us. with a "cheap" sound system and a few lights. now it is very easy to begin. you can get everywhere good equipment for small prices (look at ebay for used things)

  • crappy speakers

  • Who is this SingJiya, ive been doing mobile discos for 10 years and i still have a huge 6k rig if i need to use it dont always i agree with djdoug depends on the function, i guess SingJiya dont get large bookings pmsl, good on ya mate i started when i was just 14 and am still going strong now 2 - 3 bookings a week during the heavy season, and anyways its not the gear its the DJ, if your good it dont matter what gear you play on potential customers will remember you :-)

  • Good setup, where did you get the light boxes?

  • A 12 Year old does not even have pubic hairs, less $10,000 for used equipment!

  • You must be a Beginer, cause that is way to big for a Mobile set up. After many years of doing this you will find most djs want to get in and out fast so they use smaller gear.

  • hi mate, this was my setup when i was 12, it only takes about 40-45 minutes to set up. i am not 14 and have about 3 times more equipment than this, and still only takes about 50 minutes to set up.

  • if you love DJin and know what your doing it doesn't matter how big your setup is, i have various size setups depending on what function i am doing and i take to impress, so if i want the big setup i will take it and you customize your equipment for quick set up and set down. so singJiya shut the hell up, iv seen ur unhelpful comments on other videos aswell. twat

  • with 4 ppl.? ;)

  • nice Fane speakers in the middle, others speaker are total shit.

  • more doesn't mean better, I mean, look at your speakers, they look cheap as hell. Buy decent equipment and you won't need as much of it.

    I normally take 2* F-28's 2* F-15's and power it with 3 RMX 4050HD's.

Lighting I change constantly from my selection (all DMX).

  • if you could be botherd to look at other peoples posts you will see that this was the setup i had when i was only 12 years old. i have recently uploaded a video that show what part of my new setup looks like now. i now have 2 mackie sa1232z for speakers putting out 2.6kw rms and swa1801s with 800w rms each. i dont often have to use the subs as the full range speakers still make the windows shake in a big venue. as for lights i will buy more as i earn more money.

  • I'm not surprised that the windows shake with them speakers, 85% of the power is bass only leaveng only a small amount of power for mid and top. Fact.

If you're going for a new lighting setup, makesure you get LED. Cheap as hell now and so effective!

  • thats absolutely correct mate;)

  • total fail, to much work

  • ?????????

  • nice!

  • thats an awesome setup you got there!

  • That's a solid lookin setup. Seems it could easily carry double the high level effects with ease. Ur stands are nicely concealed. Is it fixed or mobile? My own mobile is similar build and its base weight allows for accidental bumping into without scattering the kit all over the floor. Big kit needs a big van to shift it & lots of carrying suff. I think some Hotels might find Big Rigs a pain coz of ages stripping down an they wanna go bed Lol. I use cases & a sack truck to shift stuff.

  • Where was the picture taken of looking from the D.J box into the crowd? I recognise it.

  • you got 4 soundlab vites right?

  • I make my own speakers, and it soundes much better,

I made 2 mid range and 2 bass bins

  • thats pretty much insane

  • they are called infinity screens.

  • What are those boxes in the middel? The sqaures with light arround.

  • you sad trainspotters..

  • really nice man !!

  • wow, this is kinda sad.

im only 15, i have jbl 125 tops(2), sonic tms18(??)(2) and peavey dual 18 bottoms (2). run by two mackie amps (fr2500) and one peavey amp.

lighting wise, 16 par 64's. 4 roboscan 812's, 4 dj scan 250hp, 2 agressors, two mega strobes (800w), and two design spot 250's

but seriously. get some better speakers at least. just for some better sound quality for your customers. cuz who wants to hear music through shit like that.

  • wot did daddy buy all this stuff for you.

the 4 scotts i use now sound better than the mackie srm450's. loads more thump and make your trouser legs move. 1 of my mates has got the srm450's and the sa1521z's and he agrees the scotts sound better than the 450's. have never had complaints about sound quality.

when i have the need for better speakers i will get some, but for the moment these do the job perfectly for what i need.

the small speakers at the sides of the setup are not used now

  • The Soundsystem ist Terrible!! Do you know RCF, db Technologies, Mackie, K&F, Aoustic Line Seeburg?? THIS IS PA!!

  • i was only 12 at the time of these pictures so i couldnt really afford anything brilliant.

i am now using a pair of scott subs along with the scott full range speakers kicking out 1000w/channel which is plenty loud enough for my needs at the moment

  • your soundsystem looks terrible.

  • This is how i started....11 years old started gettin equipment...and no built it up to 4 gemini gx 450 speakers, a mint computer with vurtual dj and 30,000 songs, 8 abstract futurescans, 2 barrel rollers, 4 robe moving heads, 2 chavuet omega 2's and lazers and that...im 18 its taken me a long time to get where i have now..check out some vids ive done...not got one of all my equipment though...keep up the good work, i started the same as you

  • if you dont really understand about ohms law, tell me and i will try and explain it. as it is fairly tricky to understand.

  • i am 15 years old and big shock i am a dl as well. i have a four peice soundlab vexin dmx system along with a NJD blitzer and a martin magnum 650 smoke machine. my sound system is a nice dual cd mixer from home mix with four 30 cm speakers and one acustic solutions stage seris amp.

but i am looking for a new sound system do you have any suggestions????

  • for mixer and cd player, i would recomend going for the manufactuer, numark, as they are fairly good priced, relyable, and they do they main things you need from a dual cd player and mixer. as for amps and speakers, idealy, you will need around 1200watts rms to be able to do big gigs. this should cover up to about 200-250 people. you will need 4 speakers which are rated at least 300watts rms, and the amp wil need to be rated at 600watts rms/channel at 4ohms.

  • that is how i do set them up now.

in these pics they arn't because i wasn't using bass cabnets. but yes you are right, if you have bass cabnets, always place the full range, or mid-highs on top of them because it does sound much better

  • I also like doing DJing, I am 12.

I am just starting and my lighting rig contains an acme tango, scarab laser 700w fogger and a mushroom light.

  • you are doing quite well then. i didn't get anything like that til about a year ago. you also have a bigger fogger than i have aswel. i have a 600w main 1 and a 400w back up. As time goes on, i would highly recomend a bigger laser as lots of people like them. i would recomend one with 2x80mw red and 2x25mw green as they look brilliant.

  • also this is my dads youtube account, but 98% of the equipment i bought myself with all my b-day money and christmas money + money i have earnt. i have been doing discos since i was 11, started with second had equipment but gradualy bought newer equipment. my dad only drives me to the gigs and helps me setup.

  • im 14 and I done a new years eve disco last new year, and the police came in because of complaints about the music being too loud. They just checked that hte sound monitor was turned on which it was, so they said that it wasn't too loud, it was just twats complaining for the sake of it and told me to enjoy the rest of the night.

  • look guys we r aqll doin the same damn thing and we are ernin money out of it i was just sayin of what i heard but i didnt think it was true... that u have to be over 18 to do discos am new to this kinda thing so give me time to sort it OK ffs

  • the age for doin mobile discos is 18 btw

  • according to what exactly? You moron.

  • the law what else moron

dont fuckin call people names u prick

  • as a qualified solicitor I'm pretty sure I have a good enough grasp of the law to conclude that you do not need to be over the age of 18 in order to operate a mobile disco.

    twat.

  • im 16 and im doing discos... theres no age limit!!! derrr

  • well some twat told me that there was but after doin some research on the net i found out that theres no age limit :(

sorry all :( i blame the twat that told me

  • i'm 15 years old and i'm a mobile DJ. I do weeddings and i don't think the cops or w.e. will come and say... stop trying to make money why don't you vandalise and do drugs like the rest of the teens. Cause thats going to be a plus on his record

  • bit too much speakers apart from that not bad

  • where did the £50 light tunnels come from?

  • I wonder how much support this took from parents. If it's the parents who manage the youtube account then I imagine they also source all the equipment and probably paid for it too.

  • im guessing this is your parent's setup, and you just took photos of yourself behind it.

  • Sorry mate but this is my sons Disco

  • do those speakers sound good

  • dude were abouts is this

  • where did u get them light tunnels from

    ?

  • cool

  • lol thats cheap.

    (next to the speakerz)

  • he paid £50 for the pair
