For all the warm and wonderful people at this table today I give thanks amen

For the beautiful woman and children in my life I’m thankful to them amen

For all the compliments I’ve left unsaid I am truly sorry amen

For all the thanks I’ve forgotten to say I regret it amen

For all the loving, caring things left unsaid, I am truly sorry amen

For all the overly severe or nasty or mean things I’ve said, I apologize amen, I just meant I was frustrated & angry
