  • im addicted to salmon sashimi, i once had a salmo buffet, i ate 6 full platters of this stuff, and the platters were huge @D

  • Those aren't onions. Their Japanese radish called Daikon.

  • He's laying the salmon slices on top of daikon strings. But those are sliced white onion that he scatters on top of the fish.

  • looks great, but those reach-in fridge doors should be shut when hands are not in them. Any chef in Japan would be axed if there was any sort of frozen condensation on the cooling elements.

  • @Yonsen8 It was pretty obvious they were left open to film through, there probably would have been glare if they were closed.

  • sashimi is delicious. salmon is my fav. ummmm i could eat 12 cut flilets of it. ummm akashi is the best sushi i ever had.

  • sashimi is type of dish which is thin slice of any fish on top of something, garnish with lemon slice and parsley :)

  • Sashimi *is* fish. The stuff he is putting on top is thinly sliced white onion.
