The one that is Missed is Between Treasure 43 and 44. Just after you Shoot the Bells in the Church you Unlock a Hidden Passage down a Ladder. The Treasure is Behind a Coffin to your Left just before you Go through the Doorway where the Enemies are. It is a Silver Spanish Goblet and is Treasure 44. There are a total of 61 Treasures in the Game as the Strange Relic counts as one. Enjoy!

So I was using this guide and between 44 and 45 there was a treasure. After I shot the bells and entered the door I ran behind the casket imitally to the left and there was a treasure there it was the Silver Spanish Gobler and now im confused did I miss one and this is on another video or did you miss one or is it some way replaced on my version of the game but so far everything else has been rightly placed

You left out #45: "Silver Spanish Goblet" in the vid. It's located when you drop down the ladder in the level of the catacombs behind the sarcophagus or before you find the "Silver Ingot" to be a little more specific.
