Well, it's not explicitly stated in THIS episode, but I think Stan may have some clever gadgetry on board his souped-up Citroën Nerd-Mobile that can defeat even DC traffic...if you can believe THAT!

Hey there! Well this series has a guaranteed story resolution unlike the last one because I work on it in distinct start-to-finish full episodes, 20 to 30 minutes long before I disect them for YT posting so I can't run out of storyline like last time!
