Sad to imagine, that a place as beautiful as El Salvador, is also a hot spot for mankind's own destruction (Highest murder rates, high crime rates, poverty). Yet still harbor's pocket's of what this region may have looked like thousand's of years ago, very green, lush, and pristine.
@TatankaDude85 I was kinda hesitant to move here for those reasons but now that I've been here for two years I can honestly say that it's not as bad as some people make it out to be, there are some parts of town you should stay away from (just like any city) and general wisdom about your affairs, but to be honest I haven't seen one gang member or have had any problem with any type of crime at all, I has actually turned out to be the best place I have ever lived,

Great video, siempre he estado enamorado de este lugar,por todo lo q representa para nosotros los sonsonatecos, su historia,belleza etc. un lugar paradisiaco ,espero estar alla el proximo ano.... hace muchos anos un amigo iba a planificar su Boda en ese Hotel ....pero solo se quedo con el deseo. algun dia probablemente nunca se sabe.....
Great video! El volcan de Izalco no se ve igual como aparece en las postales o como se ve desde el cerro verde. Deve ser una gran aventura llegar hasta ahi . Yo he tenido la oportunidad de llegar hasta el cerro verde y lo que mas me gusto fue como se ve el Lago de Coatepeque desde el Cerro verde y sus alrededores .
