I am a Refrigerator Repairman and I can tell you from experience that most home owners are too stupid to read the manual. Stupid people are what keeps us in business. A lot of people can't tell if the breaker is off or on.

Thank you, Thank You. I didnt know I even had a filter in the ice dispersion area. Now I will attempt to change the filter and maybe start to use it again.
