  • How come we never find another EVE dispenser ever again after the first time?

  • reminds me of fallout 3

  • badass song at the begining

  • BIOSHOCK: Rapture 2 Electric Waterloo hahahahaha

    That's funny...

  • I like that bioshock 2 was more intense than 1 and it seemed to be easier to do what you wanted when killing a bunch of guys

Everything seemed to have more usefulness too like plasmids and weapons/upgrades (ie the chemical thrower in bioshock 1 was really pretty useless)

  • So someone in Rapture was working for ten years on improving plasmids?

  • Bioshock 2: Rapture 2, Electric Waterloo

  • the first trip to rapture is hard to beat, but bioshock 2 was still a good game, thou i am kinda curious how bioshock infinite is gonna be

  • bioshock 1 better graphics boring gameplay interresting story

bioshock 2 worse graphics better gameplay boring story

  • @richy4123 Woooow...You suck...

  • Usually a "2" on a sequel is a continence of the first. A sub tittle usually implies a little extra.

  • Stupid sub titles bro lol

  • Bioshock 2 meet the rapture family

  • @EHHNURGEE you clearly never played 2, its the same thing but with much cooler weapons and better story

  • @greenblobo9 i beat it twice. i just enjoyed the 1st a lot moreee.. its preference

  • Question: I want to start making vg reviews like this ( not exactly ) and I was wondering is to make these good quality videos, do I need to have live at the time of recording or can I just record, then plug the dohickey into the computer?!?! Id appreciate it!!!

  • A fellow rescuer! Rescue Always!

  • The drill is really the best weapon if you power it up

  • Bioshock 2 is one of the best games I have ever played.

  • @ItThunderbolt I think Number one was the best...

  • i cant find bioshock 1 on ebay :(

  • @Ironjagg costs around $9 at gamestop if you live near one of them

  • @Ironjagg Yeah you're better off taking a trip to a local gamestop

  • @Ironjagg steam

  • @Ironjagg Try amazon.com

  • @GoodAlwaysDieYoung mortal kombat special forces hd remake? WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT

  • @GoodAlwaysDieYoung

Final Fantasy games suck balls, agreed with oddworld loved those games, not into mortal kombat games, onimsuha 1,2,3 were amazing 4 sucked hairy balls, tekken is dead for me (tekken 6 ruined it), they should remake Devil May Cry or alteast dmc3 (my fav game of all time) AND they should remake gta san andreas..

  • i finished the game with only the basic plasmids and wepons

  • I'm kind of excited to see how Bisoshock: Infinate is going to hold up because I think alot of Bioshock 1 and 2's greatness came from the underwater atmosphere.

  • @PresidentJack5on I couldn't agree more!

  • @PresidentJack5on You should tottally see the 15 minute preview for it

    It looks soooo bad-ass!

  • @PresidentJack5on

I think the sky city atmosphere of bioshock infinate looks amazing. I mean, its cool underwater but the sky one is what got me interested in the franchise.

  • $15,PS3 version,is it worth it?

  • @HunterTrammell I paid the full 60 dollars on launch and it is still worth it. $15 is a bargain.

  • @RyanWearzPrada Well,ya see,I'm 13,and can't make money on my own,my mom was supposed to get it

for me,but she forgot, and it's no longer on sale...I've play it before,I rented it on 360 the second day it was

    out,I just...stopped playing 360,and I play PS3 now...so,I figured...

  • I find the game a bit difficult even on medium difficulty. Mainly the part where you have to protect the little sisters while they gather Adam.

  • 5 dollars on steam shah quick like 35 hours left!

  • @YourGuy95 Tryed Steam? They had it for 9 intil people didn't Buy it i was the one who got it 9 bucks nows its 19

  • Eleanor Lamb made this game! Absolutely one of the best game characters ever created in this generation, she's the fucking Gray Fox of the 21st century! Her design, backstory, script, etc. - just perfect.

  • i need to get this game and bioshock 1 again i never should have sold them

  • Bioshock 2 was an awesome game but to me the first one is really just way better

  • question Bioshock 1 or 2?

  • @96crooksb 1 then 2

  • I freaking love the Bioshock games I played them both over 5 times =D

  • this review is filled with spoilers thankfully i never watch reviews before finishing a game

  • waiting for BIOSHOCK INFINITE :D

  • no offense but what the hell is this game about?

  • I'll play these after SKyrim and ACR... Christmas Steam Sale, here I come!

  • did you notice in 5:08 the little sister stabbed the guy in the crotch

  • did you notice in 5:08 the little sister stabbed the guy in the crotch

  • @EvilUser check what tonics you have, there's a tonic that gives you more drill damage but whilst it's equipped you can only use the drill and the hack tool, go to a gene bank and swap it for something else

  • @randolphbooth Thanks, I'll try that next time. Actually replaying both games right now. I guess I never really payed much attention to the gene tonics before and really just played it as a straight shooter.

  • all for bioshock 1

  • wow im in love with the online so much fun, i <3 bioshock 2

  • I personally thought the minerva's den dlc was better at telling a good story. Could you please review that?

  • @YourGuy95

    Steam :)

  • absolutely great game, one of the greatest game experiences i ever had, so intense ..

they really should make the film or just build rapture for real :)

  • Comment removed

  • i havent even touched the multiplayer. and i have had it for a while now just story

  • @tredgkskate Nobody plays online anymore :( So you won't find a game :( Well.. I don't know about pc (I've only played the console version on both xbox and ps3)

  • bioshok is fun for ps3

  • is this worth 10 bucks

  • @jeff598 I bought it for €6 and that is more than worth it so buy it.

  • I always feel number 2 wasn't very strong on level design. They seemed uninspired in many levels, with dull colour palettes, lack of interesting environmental features, little or no mood lighting etc. take pauper's drop or dionysis park for instance and compare these to hephaestus or fort frolic.

  • XD The thumbnail kinda looked like Bomberman

  • youtube.com/watch?v=8qpEzigkZfA - go

  • I know this review is a little over a year old, but to anyone who actually got to "Level 40" in the multiplayer, there is a HUGE easter egg in relevance to Bioshock 1. Its really interesting, so you guys should check it out. ;)

  • how can a Big Daddy get drunk ?

  • @thelpfen well in theory a big daddy is a cyborg (half human have machine) like master chief from halo i think so if he is half human by consuming alcohol you should ---->theoretically<---- still get you drunk.

  • You should review Bioshock Infinite when it comes out.

  • Bioshock 1 is a fantastic game

    it's like Half Life 1

  • should i get bioshock 1 or bioshock 2????

  • @MaraleAlex69 Buy both. Buy one for the exploration and discovery. Buy two for the great story. The climax of Bioshock is by far the best I've experienced -- I've never felt so accomplished as a MAN. Sorry I can't describe it better without spoiling it.

  • @snowhole87 the ending of which one Bioshock 1 or 2?

  • @Joesoj Two.

  • @snowhole87 XD k, thanks for helping me decide =]

  • @MaraleAlex69 Both. If you want mystery and thought, choose 1. If you want an AMAZING storyline and effects/soundtrack, go with 2. I made the mistake of playing the 2nd one first, and i was VERY confused. Though, I finnally got the first one and it made alot more sence. I love both equally.

  • This isn't as good as the 1st 1. Its like halo and halo 2. Same thing jus more stuff. Buy this game

  • @DrJCCC20 which one is better bioshock 1 or 2 ?

  • @DjTransilvania thats a tough call. but story wise bioshock 1. but i still reccomend bioshock 2 4 different reasons

  • @DrJCCC20 thank you very much

  • @DrJCCC20 I've heard a similar answer from others, but I can't ever get a specific answer as to why Bioshock is better than Bioshock 2. Isn't the sequel simply a revisiting of the same place with updated ability and graphics? Why's the story somehow worse exactly?

I may just get both because they're only around 10-20 bucks now. It seems the original Bioshock is more expensive than the sequel since it's a "Greatest Hit" title on PS3 now--go figure.

  • @EternalSage07 Bioshock is better to me because the intro puts u into this world and u really wanna explore and figure things out. and as u start to go deeper. u become more cautious because u have a wrench really. Bioshock 2 isfun because everything is up plus 1........to start with ur a big daddy. i wont go into much detail about that

  • @EternalSage07 Bioshock is better to me because the intro puts u into this world and u really wanna explore and figure things out. and as u start to go deeper. u become more cautious because u have a wrench really. Bioshock 2 isfun because everything is up plus 1........to start with ur a big daddy. i wont go into much detail about that .......the story of both games will get you deep into them.........they r completely different cars. but both very fun to drive

  • idk what hes tlkin bout, the online is like ur back in bioshock 1, and it still has a lot of ppl playing!!!!

  • oooooohhh why always I saw a classic game room review I want the game he is reviewing??

  • I don't know if anybody has mentioned this already but I remember when it was called "Bioshock 2 : Sea Of Dreams".Why they didn't keep the name ,I don't know.Anyway, the 1st game is incredible and better than the sequel, but Bioshock 2 is still great and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the franchise and is wondering if they should buy it.

  • @sprite912:

That's a tonic called Drill Specialist I think. Go to a gene bank and switch it out and you will be back to normal

  • @ConscienciaEterea Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi Friends! Sorry if i will mistakes. English non-native language for me. I have a little problem. I do not remember when it happened, I lost the ability to use all my weapons. I can only use the drill, and hack the device and the camera. This can be as a change?

  • this reviewer sucks. A shitty review. needs some structure. Bioshock is awesome.

  • @37FascistBurritos hes actualy a great reviewer, watch some of his other videos before you judge him

  • RAPTURE 2, ELECTRIC WATERLOO!

  • ok the first bioshock was amazeing but i enjoyed the second one more!

  • alice is dead 1 song 0:22 !!!!

  • You know I just finished playing Bioshock 1 and I have one thing to say. I should've followed my instincts from the start and avoided this game altogether. To put it simply Bioshock is fucking wack! It's boring. The only interesting things were the plot twist near the ending, the crazy funny bad guys and final boss battle. I came to this video review because I trust this guy and to see if maybe the sequel is better. I'll just avoid this game. However Bioshock Infinite seems much better.

  • @AgentCell You're kidding right? Gameplay wise Bioshock 2 is PERFECT. Story-wise it's pretty weak actually and holey in comparison with 1.

And... Elanor Fucking Lamb (: Really, just put her and her child self in any game and t's instant win xD

  • @AgentCell I don't want to flame you because you didn't like the game, but you probably like games that are moer like COD.. If not i don't know what you like really

  • @topografer I hate and don't own any COD game.

  • @AgentCell What about halo, resistance, crysis?

  • @topografer I hate resistance. I just recently bought myself the moneybox360 and considering buying halo reach for its campaign co-op mode and forge at MP. I have crysis 2 but don't really like the MP. Battlefield has been the only MP I like.

  • @AgentCell Do you like any single player FPS? Because i referred to key FPS games and you seem to like none. My point is if you don't like the genre, coming in a bioshock review to say you don't like is kinda dumb, no offense if i'm wrong

  • @topografer none of the fps you mentioned are sp focused and I did mentioned my interest in halo reach and crysis 2 campaign. And NO! it's not dumb for me to come to a bioshock review to post a comment because that's why they're there.

  • @AgentCell I only said if i ,for example, went in every strategy game video (which i don't like as a genre) and said it was boring it would have no point.. Cause i don't like the genre.. The FPS games i mentioned except for COD are single player minded by today's standards.. But halo also has a good MP mode that's all.. I can think only of half life 2 that's more SP focused.. And with you saying nothing about the campaigns i assumed they weren't memorable your your tastes

  • @AgentCell I am talking about FPS games that are striclty shooters.. I don't talk about fallout 3 or the new deus ex an stuff like that

  • @AgentCell Ah i remember what about metro 2033? I could say bulletstorm and singularity too but i didn't like them myself so much.. They were ok but meeh

  • @AgentCell If you didn't like this you I doubt you'll like Bioshock infinite.

  • @VindictivePheasant Not really because bioshock infinite outside environment, character and setting look way more interesting. The idea of a cloud/sky city with what looks like a 19th century twist and somewhat open environment looks much more appealing and dramatic especially at the end when we saw the sky turned dark, violent and when what looked like a gargoyle big daddy showed up. The previous bioshock was claustrophobic with dark and gray color and very uninteresting.

  • @AgentCell ...sure...

  • Finally a good game! Good job 2K Games!

  • OMFG A 2

  • whos getting bioshock Infinite

  • WTF do the girl drink blood or??

  • @TheDeadlySoap yep they do

  • @SonicRaps123

    ok thanx man

  • this just reminds me of the backyardigans

  • well actually i have to say that this is the best multiplayer i've ever played in my life really it has so many upgrades and details that u never find in any other multiplayer games truly underrated

  • I bought thisgame first and then bioshock 1, and they are way different games IMO. bioshock 1 is actually really scary (on survival difficulty at least) but this is like an action game

  • When u kill the other alpha bigdaddys, as an alternate 2 lil sisters, shouldnt they b carrying at least a small amount of adam on them? Shouldt all the BDs b carrying adam on them?

  • Loved the original and was just as pleased with the sequel. There were some nice changes in gameplay added to the sequel that helped keep up the pace and immersion of the storyline. As a huge fan of the series, I thought the online multiplayer was really well done. The only problem is that it doesn't have the same lasting appeal as other great FPS's. Overall, great fucking game, can't wait for infinite.

  • booze in rapture dont want to let it go to waste that was funny

  • Wow you do a review well on pretty much EVERYTHING this one is the best wow your awesome

  • Thaks dude!

  • Man Bioshock scared the fuck out of me.

  • its called bioshock 2 sea of dreams so the star is wrong (not hatin)

  • just bought it for 9 bucks at gamestop..... idk i might trade it in. i might just have to get used to it. its cool its just not settling in for me. but im bout to keep playing to see if I/It gets better

  • Circus of value is a glitch right? The jingle was supposed to be there.

  • @Jort007 Circus of value is still in Bioshock 2 however they dont say the best line in the first game... "Welcome To The Circus of Value"

  • @dwagothegod Yes.. that's what I said -.- I thought someone of the team that made the game said it was a glitch they couldnt fix or something.

  • @Jort007 oh.. Though you meant that the store was a glitch and werent supposed t be there...

  • 9 bucks at gamestop... worth it.

  • @puppetmaster983 got that too defo worth it

  • I dont really care about the multiplayer, Im playing for the story.

  • @kingmickey666 to bad people now dont im glad to say though im with you.

  • Way better reviews then IGNs

  • @MisterCjWallace Man... That reference....

  • havnt playd the first but im gettin this 1

  • @TheTwinkeeBoi I did the same, and I was extremely happy about the game!

  • @MisterCjWallace me and a friend loaded up the multiplayer a couple weeks ago, it took a few minutes to actually find one but after we found the first match we were able to connect to more

  • Speaking of this game having a catchy title beyond Bioshock 2.. wasn't it going to be called Bioshock 2: Sea of Change when it was being developed? Don't know why they changed that, sounds much better then simply Bioshock 2.

  • ugh, he keeps mentioning bs1, but i never played it. what exactly is so great about this game?

  • @MistaDonzie Everything... It's hard to explain. =]

Every aspect is good, the graphics are a little worse than Bioshock 1 but that's to be expected.

  • Yes i am a trophy whore, every game on my profile is platinum. Favourite games r demons souls, oblivion and fallout. Bioshock is not as good but really enjoyed it, hope 2 is as good

  • I bought bioshock 1 and 2 preowned for €5 each, bargain. Platinumed bioshock 1, just started 2, only played multiplayer so far, wana get that trophy outta the way before the story, h8 games that force u 2multiplayer for trophys, im nearly lvl 40, estimate 17hrs to reach lvl 40, pain in the ass, if storys as good as first game its worth it- i chose rrrrapture......

  • When you think of it, Bioshock is a very strange game, whats the story of it anyways? Crazy people from the 40s under water? And what about your spasm hand? Just crazy.

  • @CU2UK

Well. The sound of a game taking place underwater just sounds too good for me. The title is weird but the gameplay is sweet.

  • Well what was the plasmid that helps you out..?

  • reminds me of fallout 3

  • @TheBlueUmbreon There is ALOT of diffrence between these games.

  • the original way of hacking from the first game was supposed to be like in bioshock 2, but since they didnt have time to finish it they gave us pipe mania which i found boring in the first game

  • I always run out of ammo and health in this game...

  • @gamingguyme

Lol, if I get a game at bargain, I gotta buy it man. And honestly I can't put it down, it's like the game pushes you to find out what happens in the next corner, the next room or when you open a door. But hey, if Bioshock 2 is any better, I need to know. I wanna get hooked onto the Bioshock franchise.

  • I just bought bioshock 1. So is the sequel worth getting knowing that it takes place in the same atmosphere?

  • @Gordingracht If I where you I would play the first one so that way you could get a feel for Rapcher. Than if you liked bioshock alot than consiter getting bioshock 2. As for the atmosphere well for me I fealt some simaleratys to it but it had a diffrent story and diffrent gameplay but it was a lot harder then the first one. Enyway I would todaly recamend it because it is a vary uneak exspeance under the deepst darkest parts of the ocean. Plues being one of the first days is rilly awsome.

  • @Gordingracht Let me tell you that Bioshock 2 is great and has almost everything that made the first one shine, but the made difference is that they had to tune down the singleplayer for the new multiplayer feature, and it really makes a difference such as vending machines not having jingles, little sisters all look the same and the replacement of the hacking system (which I really liked in the first one).

  • @LeonShadeSlayer13 little sisters looked the same in the first one too. And what does the different hacking system have to do with multiplayer? I think they changed it to do something different

  • @mindfish21 All of the things mentioned after the multiplayer toning down the singleplayer is related to the game in general, and if you have played the multiplayer you would know there is no hacking minigame or so in multiplayerbut rather a bar that fills up while you hold down X or square. Also the Little Sisters in the first one have varying hair colors.

  • @Gordingracht even though it has the same atmosphere, it is still a kick ass game and i recommened it.

  • @Gordingracht the sequal is a completly different story, different powers, different guns, more ending, more choices. just to name a few. but the game isnt a creepy but i personally find it more fun

  • @hhheeeccckkk526 bioshock one was very creepy too me

  • @TheKingofduty2010 i know, it was creepy to me to. but im just saying you wont be creeped out as much. but bioshock 2 has a better story imo

  • @Gordingracht more bioshock = good

    Bioshock 2 = great

    its both same and diffrenty.

  • @Gordingracht Not really. Well, I got it at the same time as Bioshock I, and it just felt week. Consider it.

  • @Gordingracht Absolutely worth it.
