That is what I did... I studied what all these men did in there daily lives, just as much as what they did in the gym.  They all lived there lives with dignity and honor.

It takes so much more then just Muscles to become a real champion. It takes courage, dedication, determination, patience, personality, a strong mind, and most of all HEART ! Something all these men have. If you want to really learn how they became champions .. look at how they lived .. not just how they lifted weights !
