Net Gear customer service is sucks!!!

Do yourself a favor and dont buy netgear products,,took me 2 hours to set up when I called customer service for help they couldnt speak english well enough to understand and then wanted to charge a fee for telling me how to set my wi-fi with a password so others wont be able to piggy-back off my wi-fi..

I told their customer service I would sell this router and just buy another for $30 before allowing them to charge me $60 for customer support.....

Every time I go to the routerlogin site it automatically tells me to enter a username and password but I don't even have one. Then, it just says

"401 Unauthorized

Access to this resource is denied; your client has not supplied the correct authentication."

How am I supposed to have a password and username when I never even got a chance to set up one?
