I never read the books, but this is the first time I saw Lion Witch and Wardrobe. And the last actually, until the big Hollywood movie came out. LOL

Thank you for posting this trailer. It's the best trailer of the BBC/wonderworks version I could find. I agree, this version was much truer to the book and spent more time on character development. I didn't understand, in the new one, how one minute the characters were complaining how this wasn't their world and the next they were screaming "Narnia I will die for thee!".

Lucy is so ugly but in the disney and bbc they have good actors for Eustace

Although I did love this as a kid, two things spoiled it for me--1, the Disney version with the sexy Tilda as Jadis, and 2, knowing the real back story of sexism and patriarchy, its sick themes running through the wardrobe...

I used to watch these as a kid mainly because they were the only option, but i always kinda hated them. I think it was Lucy. She was so hideously ugly and such a terrible actress that I've always wondered if maybe she was the daughter of someone important in order to get that role.
