@NickyDJDJDJRBLX wear a full suit of heavy armor find a wolf/mudcrab and just keep letting it hit u. Also hold a restoration spell in each hand and heal when you health gets low and u can gain restoration levels too

The room he didn't show you in the manor is a shitty storage room with a sleeping mat thing on the floor and a bunch of barrels and boxes. It's meant to be the housecarl's quarters. It's not that exciting.
